Long-term hydrogen sulfide exposure and moisture intrusion had deteriorated the concrete inside a wastewater lift station.
Under permit-required confined-space entry, surfaces were cleaned and abrasive blasted so repairs would bond.
Deteriorated concrete was removed to a sound substrate and rebuilt with Tnemec Series 217 MortarCrete.
A Tnemec Series 454 lining sealed the structure, followed by final inspection, cleanup, and the owner walkthrough.
Each service is delivered to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
